Permittee is a Municipality, under the laws of the State of New Mexico, and operates a wastewater treatment plant, located in Los Alamos County, New Mexico. Permittee will submit semi-annual progress reports to describe in detail the specific actions taken and the progress on comply with the schedule of activities listed in the Administrative Order.
