Respondent was an operator at the High Range residential construction project when EPA inspected the facility on March 11, 2004, and found some violations of the NPDES storm water construction permit (SWPPP was not kept current, some Best Management Practices not properly implemented). Respondent was Ordered to comply and they have certified compliance as part of this settlement.
