CAMBRO CONSTRUCTION, INC. (NMU001460): a storm water compliance inspection was conducted November 3, 2004, at the construction site of the Pic Quik Store in Las Cruces, NM. Cambro Construction, Inc., was an operator having day-to-day control of those activities which were necessary to ensure compliance with a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) for the site. It was determined that Cambro Construction had not prepared a SWP3, nor applied for permit coverage under the Storm Water Construction General Permit. Cambro Construction was eligible for the Expedited Settlement Offer and that package was prepared and routed for signature.
