This administrative order for compliance is issued to the River Meadows Homeowners Association for failure to monitor source water; not recommending treatment for corrosion control after exceeding the copper action level; not recommending source water treatment after exceeding the copper action level; exceeding the total coliform maximum contaminant level; failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria; failure to adequately commplete consumer confidence reports; failure to notify the public of the violations; and failure to report the violations to EPA.
