This is a bankruptcy referral pursuant to CERCLA Section 107(a). Through this referral, EPA requests that DOJ file a proof of claim in the bankruptcy case of Huffy Corporation, pending in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio, to assert EPA's claim of liability against Huffy under CERCLA in connection with the Baldwin Park Operable Unit of the San Gabriel Valley Superfund Sites.
