An Administrative Order was issued to Mr. John Roberts on May 1, 2005, for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. On February 5, 2005, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture responded to a citizens complaint and discovered that the facility was discharging that this facility's animal wastes had discharged entered waters of the U.S. This Order requires this facility to apply for a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and to ensure the solid wastes and liquid effluent levels are maintained/disposed of properly.
