VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's drilling site was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically storm water, to the receiving waters of Sandy Creek, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 7 North, Range 12 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. A May 25, 2005 EPA inspection documented the was in excess of 5 acres of total disturbed land.
RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent shall apply for permit coverage, take corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of the violations, and submit a written report detailing these corrective actions. Technical Contact: Matt Rudolph 5-6434.
