The violation involves failure of Medical Chemical to submit their annual pesticide production report for their registered producing establishment. Medical Chemical has agreed to pay a penalty in the amount of $6,500. This is the second year in a row that Medical Chemical has paid a penalty for not reporting their pesticide production.
