L&K CONSTRUCTION CO., LLC (NMU001444): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on October 26, 2004, a the residential construction site owned and operated by L&K Construction Co., LLC, and located in the Morningstar Town Ranch 3 site in Farmington, NM. It was determined that the Respondent had not applied for coverage under the Storm Water Construction General Permit (CGP) nor had a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) been prepared. An Expedited Settlement Offer was extended and accepted. The Consent Agreement Final Order was signed by Respondent and routed for Public Notice and EPA Management signatures.
