Novelis as the successor to Alcan will pay $572,000 in past response costs incurred following the judgment for the United States in the consolidated action against Alcan Aluminum Corp., 87-CV-920 and 91-CV-1132, related to the PAS and Fulton Terminals Sites, respectively.
