This Administrative Order is issued to the Girl Scout Council of Wyoming for violations at Camp Sacajawea. These violations include failure to monitor nitrate; exceeding the acute maximum contaminant level for total coliform bacteria; failure to monitor for total coliform; failure to provide public notice of the violations; and failure to report SDWA violations to EPA.
