This is a Unilateral Administrative Order (UAO) pursuant to CERCLA issued to Heritage Aero, Inc., Preservation Aviation, Inc., Jeffrey Pearson, San Bernardino County, and the Chino Development League, Inc. The violation involves a release or threatened release of hazardous substances (radium particulates and radon gas) that pose an imminent and substantial danger to the public health, welfare or the environment.
