This is an Administrative Penalty action (APO) utilizing Expedited Settlement procedures that is brought pursuant to RCRA Subtitle I and issued to the Navajo Travel Center, Navajo Nation Hospitality Enterprise. The violation involves failure to provide adequate line and leak detector system tests on underground storage tanks and the failure to investigate a suspected release. The Order directs the facility to perform the required annual line and leak detector tests and investigate and correct the cause of a spill. The Respondent has entered an agreement to comply and pay the fine of $650.00
