Based on a CEI conducted in March 2005, in the site is approximately 54.5 acres and has construction general permit. The site fences were not installed or maintained properly, because they were not keyed into the soil. No sediment basins were installed. No storm water pollutin prevention plan was available during the inspection nor submitted afterwards. The facility will be required to develop and implement a SWPPP and implement Storm Water BMPs.
