This facility was referred to the UST program by the EPA Region 2 RCRA program. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-1030, in the amount of $2,050, for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.22(b): failure to notify state of existing tank; 280.21(b): failure to meet all tank upgrade standards; 280.40(a): failure to provide release detection method; and 280.93(a): failure to comply with financial responsibility requirements. To comply with the Field Citation the facility removed the waste oil UST.
