This Administrative Order for Compliance is issued to Certified Water Specialists and Independent Enterprises for violations at the Hide-A-Way Mobile Home Park. These violations include failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria during the months of 12/01, 02/04, and 05/04; failure to collect a set of repeat samples
after a coliform positive routine sample; failure to monitor for nitrate, lead, and copper; and failure to provide public notice of the violations.
