This is an Administratic Penalty action (field citation) utilizing the Expedited Settlement procedures of RCRA-UST. A field citation was issued for failure to to maintain results of sampling, testing, or monitoring for release detection for at least one year. EPA issued the citation as part of an initiative involving underground storage tank facilities in American Samoa (Field Citation Date of Issue: 11/18/04).
