Violations of the Clean Air Act, sections 112 and 114, and two of their implementing regulations, the National Emission Standard for Chromium Emissions from Hard and Decorative Chromium Electroplating and Chromium Anodizing Tanks, and the National Emission Standards for Halogenated Solvent Cleaning, discovered at the Defendant's previously owned facility Accurate Forming, located in Hamburg, New Jersey.
As a result of a consent decree, Defendant will pay a penalty.
