The Administrative Order was being issued under the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. � 7413, to require that Indianapolis Casting Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of International Truck and Engine Corporation (International), at 5565 Brookville Road in Indianapolis, Indiana revise its permit and operate its emission control equipment for its cold box core machines in accordance with the requirements of the Iron and Steel Foundry MACT, 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart EEEEE This Administrative Order is being issued in conjunction with a Consent Agreement and Final Order.
As part of the settlement and memorialized in this Administrative Order, International has agreed to obtain the appropriate permit and operate its cold box core machine emission control equipment in accordance with the Iron and Steel Foundry MACT at 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart EEEEE.
