This is a referral to the Department of Justice asking them to bring an action against Nevada Power for an opacity and recordkeeping case that supports a Nevada Department of Environmental Protection (NV DEP) action against this coal fired Electric Generating Facility (EGF). This will be a joint action with the state of Nevada.
