Cooperativa Camioneros operates a mining site on PR-944, to extract and sell fill material to the construction industry. They have not submitted an NOI to obtain coverage under the CGP and MSGP as required. EPA issued Administrative Order CWA-02-2005-3212 on April 29, 2005, and the facility failed to comply with all conditions of the Order. This current action is a Show Cause Order that will require facility representatives to come to NY for a meeting and to comply.
