Cooperativa Camioneros operates a mining site, to extract and sell fill material to the construction industry. They have not submitted an NOI to obtain coverage under the CGP and MSGP as required. EPA issued Administrative Order CWA-02-2005-3213 on April 29, 2005, and the facility failed to comply with all conditions of the Order. This current action is a Show Cause Order that will require facility representatives to come to NY for a meeting and to comply. No pollution benefits were input for this current Order because they were tabulated in the April 29, 2005 Order.
