This is an Administrative Penalty action issued to Reichhold, Inc. located in Azusa, CA for violations of EPCRA Section 313. The violations involved failure to file timely Toxic Release Inventory Reporting Forms for 10 chemicals including styrene, xylene and toluene during reporting years 2000-2002.
