This administrative order for compliance is issued to the Newton Water System for failure to submit a lead and copper sample siting plan; failure to provide public notice of the violations and failure to report SDWA violations to the State. Additionally, a new NOV is being sent to the State for additional violations of failure to monitor asbestos and volative organic chemicals.
