This is an Administrative Order pursuant to the SDWA issued for failure to monitor nitrate on a quarterly basis and to sample for lead and cooper. The Water System also failed to issue required public notices when it exceeded the MCL for nitrate and failed to monitor for lead and cooper. This order seeks to correct these omissions.
