The owner or operator of a stationary source shall revise and update the RMP submitted at least once every 5 years from the date of
the initial submission or more recent update by paragraphs (b)(2) through (b)(7) of 40 CFR 68.190, whichever is later.
Paul Chemical & Fertilizer Inc's original RMP was submitted on 6/21/1999. The RMP was not updated and resubmted by the 6/21/2004 deadline.
