The facility was issued field citation II-UST-FC-1039, in the amount of $350, for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.44(a): failure to conduct annual test of the operation of automatic line leak detectors; 280.45: failure to maintain records of release detection monitoring; and 280.31(d): failure to maintain records of cathodic protection inspections. The $500 covers the cost of conducting tests of the automatic line leak detectors. Since the other two violations are record keeping violations, the facility did not incur any costs to correct them.
