Inspection of 5 leases submitted as a result of an information request letter indicate that Lead Disclosure was not being conducted at the site. Building has 48 units. The inspection performed for Executive Star Limited FY2006 (849 Delware Ave, Buffalo,NY) was the result of a failed attempt in May of 2005. After returning from the inspection trip to Buffalo (Children's Health initiative for 2005) an IRL was sent to Executive Star Limited (849 Delaware) on Nov 21, 2005. Papers received December 14, 2005 constitute the inspection. Although action was in FY2006, it was the result of an attempted 2005 inspection stop.
