This administrative order is issued to Leo and Iola Sprigler, owners of LeMaster Enterprises, for failure to monitor for total coliform, vilatile organic chemicals and radionuclides; failure to submit a sample siting plan, failure to provide public notice of the violations, and failure to report violations to EPA.
