On December 23, 2005, Region 5 filed an Administrative Complaint against TI Automotive, Incorporated (TI Automotive) located at 12345 East Nine Mile Road in Warren, Michigan. The Complaint alleges that TI Automotive failed to obtain a hazardous waste storage permit. TI also failed to close a container of hazardous waste and properly label used oil containers. The Complaint further alleges that TI failed to complete the contingency plan, to make arrangements with emergency responders, and to send four generator manifests to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality.
