This is an Administrative Penalty action with an agreement to resolve a discharge of oil by Exxon Mobil from their P-20 well into Sandy Spring, a tributary of the San Juan River. Pursuant to the agreement, Exxon Mobil will pay a penalty in the amount of $25,000.
