On 8/9/05, EPA and NJDHSS inspectors inspected the Woodcliff Lake Middle School, located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, as a result of a reported improper asbestos removal. The Respondents have violated requirements of the National Emission Standard for Asbestos ( Asbestos NESHAP ) found at 40 C.F.R. ? 61.145(c)(1); 40 C.F.R. ? 61.145(c)(4); and 40 C.F.R. ? 61.145(c)(6)(i).
Amended complaint: The original complaint issued to the respondents was amended to withdraw D&S Restoration, Inc. from the Complaint. The amended Complaint was issued on April 11, 2006 and the penalty sought by the amended complaint is $26,000.
