Site is being proposed to the NPL following requests by Lockheed and the state of Washington (Dept. of Ecology)for EPA to become the lead agency due to Aviall decision and Lockheed contribution claims against the Department of Defense. This Order is to fund contractor support to evaluate Ecology's Remedial Investigation in order to scope an upcoming Order for a Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study.
