River Birch Landfill needed to complete a landfill gas collection & control system (LFGCCS) by March 2006. Due to the Katrina and Rita hurricane damage, River Birch requested to extend the deadline to September 2006. ACO grants the extension request and formalizes a compliance schedule for completion.
