This is an administrative penalty action pursuant to FIFRA issued to Four Corners Weed Control, Inc. The violation involves the misuse of two registered pesticides. Four Corners Weed Control misused the registered herbicides Krovar IDF and Razor Pro at an oil and gas well site located within the Navajo Nation in New Mexico. During an application to control weeds, a company employee failed to follow label directions by not wearing proper protective equipment and by entering treated areas before the pesticides had dried. The Complaint/Consent Agreement establishes a penalty of $8,320.
