This action is being taken as a result of a referral from EPA Region 4. An inspection was done at Debbie's Pet Palor, Elizabeth City, NC. Natural Yucca Flea and Tick Concentrated Tearless Shampoo, an unregistered pesticide product, was being offered for sale. Two invoices showed that Respondent was the distributor of the product. This action is for one count of sale of an unregistered pesticide.
