This action addresses violations of EPAÂs CFC regulations for KodakÂs failure to properly perform CFC leak repairs on appliances on CFC units containing more than 50 pounds of refrigerant and for failure to conduct initial and follow-up verification tests. A Final Order assessed a civil monetary penalty against Kodak.
