A comparative LDAR inspection was conducted by an inspector from EPA Region 5 and DESA inspectors from EPA Region 2. As a result of this inspection EPA found this facility violated LDAR and process vent standards of the Pharmaceutical MACT Standards (40 CFR 63 Subpart GGG). This Order brought this facility into compliance with the MACT Standard.
