Region III executed and issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order negotiated between EPA and Respondent Ray Cope d/b/a Cope Flooring and Wall Covering (Respondent). The Super CAFO alleges that, by failing to have accredited workers and an accredited supervisor on site at the asbestos renovation project at the Lehigh Valley Hospital located at 17th and Chew Streets, Allentown, PA, on December 4, 2007, Respondent violated the requirements of Sections 206 and 207(g) of TSCA.
