This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent for Removal Action is issued to Kennecott Utah Copper, OM Enterprises and their affiliate Kennecott Barneys Canyon Mining Company for performance of a removal action at or in connection with the Kennecott NE Stockton Property. This will address heavy metal contamination at the site.
