This Emergency Administrative Order is issued to the Bighorn National Forest for violations at the Burgess Junction Visitor Center. On 8/17/2009, EPA was notified that the Burgess Junction Visitor Center obtained one total coliform-positive samples from monitoring conducted on 8/10, and 2 total coliform-positive and one E. Coli-positive sample from monitoring on 8/13. This situation may pose an imminent and substantial health endangerment to persons served by the system.
