This administrative order establishes a schedule of corrective actions to achieve consistent compliance with federal standards. EPA followed this with a modification to the order to extend the deadlines in order to allow ASTECH to establish new compliance sampling points. The modified schedule requires one year of self-monitoring beginning on 11/1/09, submissions of preliminary engineering plans for compliance by 12/30/09, and achieve consistent compliance with federal standards by 3/30/10. The order will be terminated upon submission of the final October 2010 self-monitoring report on 11/28/10.
