A stormwater compliance inspection was conducted on June 18, 2009, at the site of a 4.7 acre residential development owned or operated by Secure Logistics. It was determined that Secure Logistics had not applied for permit coverage under the Construction General Permit and was basically in violation of the Clean Water Act. An administrative order was issued to address the violation.
