In a letter written to EPA a representative of Cataler North American Corporation disclosed violations of section 8 of TSCA. Specifically, Cataler North American Corporation violated TSCA section 8(a) and the Inventory Update Reporting Regulations promulgated thereunder at 40 C.F.R Part 710, when it failed to submit a Data Production and Site Report (Form U) for three chemical substances manufactured or imported at Cataler North American CorporationÂs Lincolnton, NC facility as required for the 2006 Partial Updating of the TSCA Inventory.
