This Administrative Order is issued to Church Universal And Triumphant, owners and operators of the Sphinx Mountain Mobile Home Park, for exceeding the MCL for E.coli, for exceeding the MCL for arsenic, for failure to monitor for lead and copper, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to the State and EPA.
