Facility was utilizing an injection well to dispose of wastewater from vehicle service bays. The facility is required to properly remediate the injection well and cease using it for disposal of service bay waste fluids. Facility sampled injection well and results indicated that minimal contamination had been injected so remediation not required, but cessation of injection is still required.
