Baker Petrolite Corporation (Barnsdall, OK facility) disclosed that they had data quality errors in reporting ethylene, maleic anhydride, and 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene for 2004 - 2007, as well as data quality errors in reporting xylene for 2006 - 2007. After reviewing their disclosure, it was determined that they met the criteria for use of the audit policy. A Notice of Determination was issued, and no gravity-based penalties were assessed.
