EPA referred an Objection to Abandonment of Site by bankruptcy trustee. The court allowed the bankruptcy estate to abandon the property and granted access to EPA on 10/22/2009. EPA conducted a removal of asbestos at the Site and on 6/30/10 filed a motion for allowance of administrative expense claim for $1,478,474 in response costs. On 9/23/10 Court issued order allowing EPA's administrative expense claim.
