EPA issued an administrative order to Respondent to complete the remedial action at the Site. The Respondent will excavate residual soil contamination in the MW-19/Hot Spot 1 Area and fully delineate and excavate residual soil contamination in the MW-30 Area. Respondent will also complete the on-going, site-wide monitored natural attenuation groundwater (MNA) evaluation and, if appropriate, prepare a focused feasibility study evaluating MNA as an alternative to address groundwater contamination at the Site.
EPA issued Amendment 1 to the administrative order to Respondent to complete the remedial action at the Site, fix a few paragraph notations and take out references to remedial design (which is not part of the AO).
