In a letter written to EPA a representative of The Boeing Company disclosed violations of section 12 of TSCA. Specifically, The Boeing Company violated TSCA section 12(b) and 40 C.F.R. Part 707.60, when it failed to notify EPA in writing of its intent to export a chemical substance subject to TSCA section 4, 15 U.S.C. § 2603.
